We love a good voucher! If you’re lucky to have one, here is some information and tips on how to get your discount.
Where do I enter the voucher code?
You enter it at checkout on the last screen before you pay, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the voucher field.
Issue applying voucher code
All voucher codes have specific terms and conditions attached to them.
The most common conditions are:
- Minimum order amount: Do you have enough items in your basket? The minimum order amount is excluding delivery fee so the "Order Total" amount needs to be above the minimum spend.
- New or existing customers: Some vouchers are exclusive to new or existing customers. New customer vouchers are unable to be used by existing customers, and vice versa.
- Country: Is the voucher specific to Australia or New Zealand?
- Account specific: Some vouchers are only available to specific customers. Ensure that you are logged into your MILKRUN account with the correct email.
- Expiration date: Is the voucher still valid or has it expired?
- Single use: Have you used this voucher before? Many vouchers are single use.
- Case sensitive: The voucher is CASE SENSITIVE. Ensure you are entering it correctly.

- Unfortunately if you forgot to apply your voucher, we are unable to apply it after the order has been placed.
