We do our absolute best to get your groceries to you as quickly as possible, and we provide an ETA — an estimated time of arrival — based on real-time information. While we aim for accuracy, it's important to remember that this is an estimate and can shift due to factors beyond our control.
We’ll always keep you updated if anything changes, but here are some common reasons why your ETA might be off or increase:

Rain, storms, heatwaves, or other extreme weather can slow things down.

Unexpected traffic, accidents, or roadworks can impact the route and cause delays.

Your order may be held up at the store due to substitutions, out-of-stock items, or a high number of orders being packed.
