If you’ve already placed your order, unfortunately there are limited adjustments we are able to make to your order or delivery.
After your order is placed we are unable to:
- Change your delivery address
- Update the delivery time
- Change or add products to the order (coming soon!)
- Update substitution preferences
- Update delivery instructions
- Add a voucher to the order
If your order has not started being picked by the team, we may be able to cancel and refund your order. You are then able to make the appropriate changes to the order and reorder.
