We get it—sometimes you forget to add an item or need to make a quick change after placing your order. Here’s what’s possible (and what’s not) once your order is confirmed.
❌ What can’t be changed after you place an order?
Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make the following changes:
Update the delivery address
Change the delivery time
Add or remove items in your order (feature coming soon!)
Modify your substitution preferences
Add or change delivery instructions
Apply or update a voucher
We are unable to contact the store and the team member picking your order to pass on instructions to them.
💡 Forgot to add something?
If you forgot to include something in your order:
Check if cancellation is still available
If yes, cancel and place a new order with the correct items
If not, you’ll need to place a second order for the extra items
