When you use our Live Chat, you’re speaking with our Customer Service team, not the store team member picking your order.
Because of the fast turnaround of our deliveries:
We’re unable to connect you directly with the person picking your order.
You can’t request different products from the store picker through our chat.
In most cases, we’re unable to contact the store to make adjustments once your order is being prepared.
If an item is unavailable, the store team may provide a substitution. If substitutions are not enabled, or there is no appropriate substitution to supply, you will not be charged for that product. Also, we will never charge you additional for a substitution and if we supply a product of a lower value, we will refund the different.
